You might know Lucian from his newsletter: "Short Ruby" - if not, we highly recommend subscribing - but there is much more to unpack!
He describes himself as a "polymorphic" Ruby developer, as in the past 15 years working with Ruby, he wore many different hats.
He worked as a Product Owner and Engineering Manager, but his not-so-secret passion is teaching and mentoring.
As part of that, he ran meetups and boot camps and continuously mentored developers starting out.
